Each room has their own freezer that can reach temperature down to -25 degree Celsius. Temperature alarm is installed in every room and will sound if there is a drastic change in temperature i.e. when the freezer malfunctions.
Our warehouse can work with any inventory system such as FIFO (First In First Out), FEFO (First Expired First Out) or any other systems required by customers.
To help our trained and skilled warehouse assistants, we have 3 excellent electric forklifts that will help load/unload containers swiftly and efficiently. Electric forklifts are also safe for use on food products, as it does not produce smoke that causes pollution.
This area's temperature is controlled at 0-5 degree Celsius to maintain product quality during the loading/unloading process. There are power plugs to power cold containers that are waiting to be loaded/unloaded.
Our machine operator is available on-site 24 hours 7 days a week. Any mechanical malfunction will be repaired instantly.
Power outage in Medan area is common and happens regularly; but that is not to be worried. Our Caterpillar generator set will always be ready 24/7 to power the warehouse when there is power outage. We also have our own electricity tower, which stabilizes our electricity current.
Our warehouse is strategically located only 10 minutes from Belmera Toll Road that gives fast access to Kualanamu International Airport, Port Belawan, Medan Industrial Park (KIM) and the city area.
Our security officers operate on-site for 24 hours 7 days a week. To further strengthen the security, CCTVs and alarms are installed throughout the warehouse.
All goods stored in our warehouse are covered by our comprehensive goods insurance. If there is any incident such as fire, robbery or damaged goods that is caused by our personnel, we will take responsibility through our insurance.
